TPC Pro-travel offer in Austin Texas appears to be huge scam. I went to the presentation and by all appearances they were only inviting 65 plus elderly targeting them for the sales pitch. From what I could tell NO one bought into the system, the initiation fee was quite high. Everyoine was promised a 1 week cruise for two on Carnival, but even after following the guidelines for attendance & mailing off the voucher. The promised voucher that should arrived in two weeks has not materialized after 5 weeks. Based on that fact alone I am warning folks away from this business. If they don't deleiver on the sales picth how will they deliver in real life............

Hello Sharo, and other TrustLink viewers-

In response to Sharo E.'s opinion, we feel it is important to deliver the facts to everyone. Sales constituents of TPC-ProTravel do not discriminate on any factors, especially age (which we will demonstrate in this post). The presentation that Sharo E. went to was held at 3 P.M. on a Friday in Austin, TX. With this information, it could be inferred that most people attending a presentation at this time would be older and/or retired, since most adults are still working at 3 P.M. on Fridays. We do hold presentations later in the day (5 PM and 7 PM), in which you would most probably see greater age diversity.

For direct links to some videos that we think are very pertinent to this discussion, please see these videos:

They can also be found in the video testimonial section of our official blog:

Having said that, it is also important to note that our promotional company asks for up to 8 weeks to process the travel voucher, and you have only allowed 5. We will gladly open dialogue for you with the promotional company and locate your voucher because we firmly believe in satisfying everyone that attends our presentations.

As we mentioned earlier, we urge that you please visit our official blog where you can see people that have joined that are of all ages.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

TPC-ProTravel

While the answer "promotional company asks for up to 8 weeks to process voucher" does not solve the fact that the voucher itself had "please allow 2 weeks for processing". Miscommunication. The voucher was not mailed across the country but only 3hrs drive away, 8 weeks seems pretty slow for processing.

Hello again Sharo E.-

I understand that 8 weeks may seem too lengthy, especially if you live near, however, you must realize the volume of voucher processing we forward to the promotional company is extremely high. If you could please respond to the private message I sent you earlier, I can offer more personalized assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Frank T.

Sharon E - again..providing an update while I continue my 8 week vigil waiting for the cruise certificate. Tuesday 10/18 will be the last day of the 8 week wait, with my 8 week count starting not from the day I mailed the certificate but from a 2-3 day after figuring the day the voucher should have arrived at its mailing address. Frank T. from TPC Pro Travel has responded nicely to postings on this web site. But his counter parts either being aware of this posting or other did not respond to any direct "Contract me' inquiries on the TPC Pro-travel web site. This is like mailing off a rebate, until it actually arrives you never know if you will get the rebate or not....rebate ended/they ran out of rebates, etc...New posting next week on whether certificate arrived or not...

From Sharo E. - I did receive the cruise certificate, sent it off. Pro-travel is not the company involved with the cruises, once you go to the presentation & receive the certificate they are no longer the party responsible to get the cruise scheduled. Pro-travel helped greatly ensuring I got the certificate, and Pro-travel made reasonable logic that based on the time I went to the presentation more elderly were likely to attend. And like I told the sales people at the pitch - if the initiation fee was not soo high I might consider them. Back to the cruise certificate....I sent my certificate off and based on the rules I tried to circumvent being sent a reservation sheet by sending a letter detailing the date / ship / port I wanted. Guess they weren't used to that and still sent me a reservation sheet. You (in a nutshell) will not find out till 30-45days out from the cruise if you actually get a room on the date you want. So it remains to be seen If a room is still available at that point.

From Sharo E. - 12/3 and I have my cruise reservation finalized and confirmed. TPC-Pro-TRavel helped quicken the process through the certificate company and I am very pleased with the rate I got on the cruise for a March 2012 spring break week. My kudo's to TPC Pro-Travel for helping me, and redeaming the company's name in my eyes. The follow through by Frank is commendable. If the company is full of Frank's then they might be worth trying out.

Frank T, you are full of crap. No doubt your full time job with TPC is PR, trying to put out an abundance of fires. I've been reading about your "highly secret" company on numerous sites, and it is just a matter of time until you guys go belly up. I've been waiting 16 weeks for my 2-8 week processing period. I have not read a single report on these sites where a cruise was actually delivered. It looks like you try to separate yourself from Cruise Promo, but you cannot lure people in with the cruise, and then disassociate yourself from them. You are really evil people. Barry G

The majority of the time, I travel for business meetings. Additionally, I only ever discount business class to europe https://businessclassconsolidator.com/ . The only place I've found the best prices is via my travel agent.
