Great Resource for Sourcing Talent, Especially for a Startup

I run a web design/digital marketing startup. Not having the brand name and reputation of more established companies has made it difficult to attract talent of any types but it makes bringing in sales people, nearly impossible. I would spent weeks looking through resumes on other platforms before getting a single response. I was skeptical about Time to Hire at first but really exhausted all my options outside of a full service recruiter, which was way outside of my price range. Time to Hire delivered as they said they would. My phone began ringing off of the hook with individuals, a large portion of which, were willing to take a chance working commission for a startup company. It took a little bit of selling on my part but Time to Hire gives you many guidelines on how to quickly and effectively overcome any slepticism you might encounter on the phone. I managed to make two hires that are still with me after 3 months and both are producing. I will use Time to Hire again as my business begins to grow.
