Wish I could review the product, but I still haven't received it. Ordered something "in stock and ready to ship", only to be told it wouldn't be available for at least a week. Paid for the white glove delivery. It finally shipped and then I heard nothing once it arrived at the white glove delivery company. Had to follow up with 4seating only to be told that one of the pieces was damaged and had to be shipped back. 4seating advised them to hold all other pieces until receiving a replacement for damaged piece. I told 4seating I wanted the other pieces delivered and the one replacement piece sent directly to my house without the white glove service. 4seating had to check with management but finally said that was ok. However, it then took 2 more days for white glove delivery company to contact me, and they set up a date almost 2 weeks away as the only time they could deliver. So delivery that should have taken about a week from being ordered is now well over a month in a best case scenario. I complained to 4seating, and they said nothing that they could do about the white glove delivery - way to stand behind your partners! Obviously I would have never paid for white glove delivery if I knew it would take this long. I inquired about canceling my order and was told I'd have to pay shipping both ways and 30% restocking fee, and there was nothing 4seating could do for me. No apology for the damaged piece and delay, no refund of white glove delivery service, nothing....just awful customer service. Find a local company and order from them. 4seating is not worth the hassle.
