I took my truck to this company on 5/5/09, I waqnted to use a local company, the next day I was told my truck would be finished on Fri the 8th on friday it was monday the 11th, now today they don't know when, they are waiting for a part. This is totally unexceptable I took it there because they ar supposed to be the transmission people. After flipping out I was told they would get me a rental car, I called the company the said to call and was told I need a credit card, I called them back and told them I don't have a credit card or debit card and I was told "not our problem, doesn't your girl friend have a car" What kind of answer is that I live in Jupiter and work in Stuart, I'm a chef and don't work 9-5, I've been bumming rides for a week. I feel they should pay the rental car company not remburse me and I should recieve a big discount for all of this agravation. But all I got was we don't know when your truck will be ready and not our problem you don't have a credit card to rent a car get your girlfriend to drive you around!!! They did tow the truck there for free, and now I know why.Unexceptable
