Worst Travels

I haven't seen such a worst travels. They do not know how to treat the customer and do not provide proper response. Agent named Chandra is not responsive and if any details asked she will say I don't know and response time is very poor. Even if you follow up many times, she will simply say still waiting for response from the airlines and she will never return back. Would suggest not to go with this travels for booking the tickets. She also doesn't know the rules of the airlines and gives false statement to the customer resulting in loss of amount for the travelers.
