I have been to this auto shop on a few occasions in the last 5+ years. I try to do most of my own repairs until it’s beyond my limited expertise. The last occasion was on February 2nd, 2008. I had been having electrical problems and couldn’t figure it out so I went to Advance Auto Care. I left my car that morning after having to jump it at home. I received a call a couple hours later and they told me my car was ready and could be picked up at anytime and at no charge. All they did was clean my battery terminal (properly) and problem gone. Now, we all know I could have easily been told anything and had to believe it to be true. Just yesterday I referred my 64 yr old aunt to Advance Auto Care, she chose to use her dealership, but I truly believe she would have received top quality workmanship from this company.
Now some of you may be thinking… this is a friend or relative trying to help this companies rating, but I assure you I am neither. I am a 21 yr 4 mo U.S. Army soldier and Combat Veteran and proudly a Norwalk Native.
