I took my vehicle on 16th for a reosonable price.I was told to leave the car and return by 3pm the car was dropped off at 12pm. After being called to pick my car up i headed over excited that my car was finished.By the time i showed they were wraping it up to go home,so as i paid feeling pressured to leave i had went to my car wich was parked between two others. So i get home and park in my driveway Saturday I might add, i go on about the rest of the day at home. The next morning I go out to wash my car feeling better that it had just got fixed. I reach toward the lower fairing between the driver side front and back tire i notice a large crack. I COULDNT FREAKN BELEIVE IT, they didnt say nothing about it. I am 200% sure they did it. So its Sunday and i figure i cant do a darn thing till Monday. I was so upset, but i was sure they would take care of it. First thing Monday morning i awake with the incident on mind. I awake at 245 am for work just waiting for them to open. So i call and call and call,no one picks up. Finally 730am I get an answer then with out a chance to speak im on hold.I wait then hang up and call again, puts me on hold again. Finally i tell him your guys have caused an accidental damage to my car. he says bring it by and let me see it, i asked to speak to the authority of the shop and he says hes not in yet. Keep in mind after all this cap he winded up being the owner leading me to beleive he wasnt there. I made numerouse calls that day. So i leave work durin that day to go show them, and they tell me your gonna have to come back some time in the week or how about saturday. I was pist but stayed professional. Today being Tuesday i call again and say ill be there by 12:15 so i go and all together now i have missed about 4hrs of work because they push on the issue with excuses. Finally they say they dont think theyre responsible that i probably did the damage and dont know it. Oh man now im pist off. I said do you think im gonna waist all this time off work and time to try to blame you so you can fix my car, i have a job as a matter a fact i lost more money taking time from work to deal with these clowns than it would have cost me my deductable through insurence. By the way my insurence i had already informed before they were of the damage. Anyways i can go on and on but so i called police, called insurence again, called bbb, called legal advice and beuro automotive repair. I am taking them to small claims court. They have an "F" rating with the BBB 19 complaints. ALL you others that didnt take the time to proceed on these people who shouldnt even be able to continue theyre bussiness I will take charge and proceed to the fullest extent possible. Mind I have seen about % people complaining, pulling theyre cars out, and bringing them back in just a matter of half an hr. One guy left and came back walkin because his truck slammed in reverse by itself while in drive in the busy street with motor reving high rpms to reverse. WOW! Aint that something. I ENCOURAGE ALL DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS SHOP FOR YOUR SAKE AND SAFETY. WE DESERVE BETTER SERVICE AND HONESTY> YOUR BETTER OFF PAYING A LITTLE MORE ELSE WARE ITS NOT WORTH SAVING THE BUCK TRUST ME I KNOW> AND JUST SO YOU KNOW MY CAR IS A BEAUTIFULL BMW330I WITH A BUSTED LOWER FAIRING NOW!
