What a mess of a company
|
Secured an equity loan on my home and made the first payment to the bank which made the loan. Mortgage then sold to Amerihome. Went online to register for Ebill and auto debit. No debits made for first month then say they can't debit because first payment is in default. Gave authorization over phone to debit both payments and nothing happened. 1 week later receive letter that mortgage is in default and advise to debit again but Amerihome can't figure out why they did not debit the first time. 1 week later and receive notice of forced placement of hazard insurance but I know they were notified of coverage because I am the insurance agent and I sent the information 2 months ago. have never had this type of customer service in my life. These guys are a joke.
