I have been working with them since October 2009 and still have not had my loan modified. I paid them $4,500 and ask for a refund since they guarantee their work and they said they are still trying but they have not as of yet gotten my mortgage payment lowered. The representative I have been working with does not explain things or keep in contact. Andrea Loveless called me and said that she pulled a favor and will start my loan modification over which normally cost $750 but she would do it at no cost to me which I still don't think I got $4,500 worth yet. My husband was diagnosed with cancer and became disabled and our income decreased substantially. We should have been an easy case. Still waiting in Alabama!
