We hired this guy to pour a pad and he was unable and unwilling to meet the county inspectors requests unless we paid him more money to the tune of another 30% on top of the bid. This was just to pass inspection. He failed to level the dirt and make a pad so this put one side 6" below grade and the other 24" above grade. We finally got rid of him and we were reimbursed the down payment by his bonding agent(proof he was at fault). Then we had to hire another reputable contractor to repair his mistakes and finish the job. Be careful when selecting a contractor there are a lot of crooked ones like Joe Asboth.
