This place is pretty amazing. They are serious about keeping the customers happy, even if it means giving a free coupon. The guys that tell you about the washes and write down what you want are very friendly, and will happily explain anything you want to know more about. When you get out of your car, there are people waiting to vacuum, and they always do a very thorough job. They throw out any trash, vacuum the whole inside, and anything they're not sure of (mail, coins, etc.) they leave in a pile on the driver's seat. The store is beautifully decorated, they have lots of stuff that you'd never see anywhere else. They have lots of food and drinks, and even have coffee (regular/decaf or they actually make you something like a mocha or espresso.) The cashiers are extremely nice, and they joke with the customers and try to make your visit with them a nice one. And I guess the cashiers are good friends because they often poke fun at each other too, and they are very funny to listen to while walking around the store or waiting in line. When you go outside, there are chairs and tables, and it is always very clean. The only complaint I would have is the way they have all the cars together in a group, because if your car is in the very middle (like mine has been a few times), you have to wait for them to move the cars around you so you can leave. My car always looks amazing, and I am always pleased with the job they have done. All in all, I'll be coming back to this carwash many times in the future.
