I've been in the market for a new car, but dealerships will give you next to nothing for your trade in, in my case, almost 10k less than the Kelly Blue Book. They often suggest you take your car to Carmax. I took their advice, and was pleasantly surprised that they offered me significantly more than what any dealer would pay.
While I was at the Burbank Carmax waiting for appraisal of my car, I stumbled onto a car I fell in love with. Just a year old, with only 10k miles and at a good price. I decided to buy it.
The experience I had with Carmax was far superior to ANY dealership experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. This place is run like a well oiled machine. I was amazed at the speed in which the process took place, and the way in which I was treated and the many options I was given for financing.. all completely automated and efficient.
I HAD NO IDEA, that this place was as well run and professional, not to mention as LARGE as it is, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality automobile. Five stars, my friends!!!
