I found a ring I liked in gold and decided to buy it first in silver to see if I liked it because it's so much cheaper. The ring was $115 and the shipping was $10, so my total said it would be $125.
After three weeks, I hadn't heard from them. No email, no charges out of my account. I thought maybe my order didn't go through. So I called them last week. They said "your order will be billed and shipped to you Thursday."
Today is Friday, and I just looked at my bank statement and there are two charges on there from cubicjewelry.com........one for $123.80 and one for $138.00!!!
I've spent the last hour and a half calling them, but no one answers. They are supposed to open at 9 California time, and I've been calling from 9 to 10:42, which is the time now. Then I decided to look them up here, and I see now I'm not the only one!
I'm sooooooo steaming mad right now. Neither of those charges are what I was told I would be charged, and why are there TWO of them???
I'm now going to send an email. Doubt if they'll reply.
