This is actually my first ever review here on BBB which I was compelled to write after the simply OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Da-Les Auto Body Shop!!!
I chose this shop truly based on the super ratings and I am so glad I did! Everything the previous 5 star reviews on the other web sites said in their praise of this shop is 100% right on...no bull! And yes, they took care of me like I was their only customer and yes they expertly detailed the car afterwards (took me a couple of days to find and appreciate all the extra things they did). So, If you want a repair done right, great customer service, at a very fair price...go see Lisa (receptionist) at his shop. She will set you up with a estimator and rental. You won't be disappointed :)
Mike, many thanks to you and your fine staff. I've asked our Garage Manager to refer all future business to you guys (thanks for the extra business cards), so I hope you get more business as a result!
