Dr Shafa has terrible bedside manner. She seems to be in quite a rush to attend to other matters. Does not spend anytime on discussing your concerns and was negligent in the care she provided to me, which has caused a lot of scarring on my face.
If you have alternative options for medical/dermatological care, I would highly recommend you explore them.
