I called Elite over the labor day holiday,2011. I had a really bad experience with them due to one of the movers was negligent in the wrapping of my furniture. When they carried the furniture into my new home they damaged the fabric on three of my couches. When I filed a claim it was totally denied. The furniture was less than 3 mos.old. Over two thousand dollars worth.
