This company uses misleading techniques to secure business. Originally, my problem was the car would drive forward but not in reverse. I was told my transmission repairs would cost $600.00 including parts. Kem, (the owner's brother, according to him) said he must have $300.00 in cash. Once the transmission was broken down, he said the repairs would cost an additional $885.00. When I protested, he said my $300.00 was not refundable. Since my car was now completely inoperable, I was forced to comply. Once repaired, I told him I would pay with my credit card. He informed me he would again have to have cash or he would hold the car an additional three days until the money was in the owner's account. This is a huge imposition and completely unnecessary. If the credit card did not have sufficient funds, it would reject at the time of payment. It seems he's saying he does not trust me but I have to trust him. I certainly do not. I honestly do not believe my repairs amounted to $1200.00 and feel I deserve a lower rate. I have not driven the car and don't know if it is even repaired to my satisfaction. After arriving to pay for car with my credit card, I was informed it would be $30.00 more for tax. When I asked wasn't there tax before, he said he was going to pay it if I paid in cash, but since I did not, I have to pay the tax.
