Stay away – poor service and horrible attitude!
By looking at the place you'd figure you'll get a good deal and a simple personal service...
Don’t be fooled - neither assumption is correct!
Replacing two tire valves – $25 (arguably normal price for $1 part and a hard work required dismantling wheels and removing tires).
Finding out that unbalanced wheels can make a freeway ride feeling like a washboard rollercoaster – priceless (scary as hell, and possibly caused car’s starter to die in a few days after rocky freeway rides – another $400).
Trying to resolve any problems with the shop – impossible:
The owner, a pretty loud and angry individual w/o so much as a hint of respect for customers, denied any wrongdoing as the “tires were never removed from the wheel” (I guess the mechanic didn’t know about this option as I with my own eyes saw him removing both of my wheels and tires while the owner wasn’t even there at a time of the repair). After literally screaming at me things like “you don’t know anything about cars”, “there is something wrong with your car”, and “the car was already bad before you brought it here”, he stated that he won’t do any free jobs and could do the balance for another $15. Now, I understand that somewhere else this might cost more, but I don’t him that there’s no way in the world I will waste my money at this place.
Conclusion – if they mess up as simple job as removing tires (seemingly their specialty), imagine what they could do with a real car problem…
