I had a horrible experience with this guy. He rents uhaul trucks. He charged me $25 for cleaning without informing me. I would have cleaned it if I knew, it was hardly dirty. He asked me to drop the key and that he'll call me later to discuss the bill. He never called and when I went back, he charged me for cleaning. When I refused he started yelling and screaming. Making a scene. It was so embarrassing. He told me to call corporate and that he didn't care for customer service. I filed a complaint with corporate. Got $10 back. Very bad experience.
