This is the worst shop. No honesty. No quality, Fraud. They put many advertisement to do bait and switch style. I am filing complain with B.A.R against them, Do not go there.. Also another customer complain, read this: WHAT A RIP OFF!! I brought my car in for surging and a coolant smell that was REALLY strong when the heater was on. I was told I needed major tune-up and a new thermostat, water pump, and bypass hose for $775. Well, $812 later, I still had the same problems, but now NO heat (so, of course, the coolant smell was fainter), and the car engine would never warm up. Brought it back and was told the thermostat THEY put in was bad and they would replace it for free BUT the bolt holding the thermostat to the intake manifold was broken (but, of course, THEY didn't break it) and while they would replace their faulty thermostat for free, I would have to pay for a new intake manifold to hold it in, for a mere, discounted, $350. When I complained about paying the $350, the owner, Chance, told me that I now needed to pay for a gasket too, so it would be $50 more - a total of $400. Since my car had no thermostat now, I had no choice but to pay. And when they were done and had more of my money, GUESS WHAT??!! You got it. STILL surging and STILL no heat. The third time back, they told me the surging was caused by low transmission fluid, which they filled, fixing the problem, but which means I didn't need the "major tune up" in the first place. The fourth time I brought it back because the heater STILL wasn't working (meaning I can't tell if the coolant smell is really gone), the owner says he can't fix it because they don't do heaters!!! What a riot, since they claim heating as one of their specialties on RepairPal, and advertise heating work on U-tube as well. Then, when my husband and I tried to discuss this upon picking up the car (for the 4th time), the owner started YELLING at us, cursed, called us names, and told us to "Get out!" PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! I'm an attorney and even I got duped! DON'T BELIEVE THEIR WEB SITE VIDEO!! I've already filed my complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair!
