Thank you for your review. We are sorry that our website coupon was not clear enough. Here at GIC Car Clinic, we strive to make all of our customer's experiences great. We do encourage our potential customers to call for further details. We always try to answer all questions and concerns over the phone before they come in for any service. As much as we love to, it's impossible to post a price for every year, make and model vehicles such as motorhomes, custom vans, buses, exotic cars, etc. We appreciated you letting us know how we can improve our services. We have taken your advice and made changes to our coupon. We have changed "most vehicles" to "some vehicles may cost additional, please call for details". Once again, we apologize for your recent experience.
