One star, only because I had to. Please don't waste your time, energy or money. Rude, Rude, Rude!
During my first visit here I overheard the lady Owner, Sunny Baik - who knows if she game me the right name or not?, arguing with a customer who wanted a better job done on his truck. At the time, I didn't know she was the owner and was confused as to who's truck it was because they both were fussing equally at each other. The girl I was sitting next to looked over at me and said, "I just can't stand drama..." Yeah, well... unless you want drama... DO NOT GO HERE.
Despite the ridiculousness of my first visit there, I decided to give them a 2nd go since the car wash wasn't the worst I've ever had (for sure NOT the best, by FAR) and I live only blocks away. Well, I just shoulda kept it movin I tell you... whyyy did I have to go??!!!!??!? Always trust your gutt people.
Okay, so I went and when it was time to pay I ask that same lady Owner, Sunny Baik, if I could get a stamp for the last time I was there (it was only a week ago) since she didn't offer me a frequent visitor card and offered to show her my receipt from my last visit, and she flat out said no. I mean, no smile - just a nasty "NO." Now, I can deal with rejection and people not giving in to my wishes but there's just a way you interact with people in general - nevermind being a business owner who services people. "Ok," I said to her, "It just would have been nice if you could have offered it to me last time since I plan on coming here often." And she then said, "You should have asked for it last time." OMG!! Really lady, Really? Um, if I knew they had a card... I woulda asked for it. Wow. Do your homework first. But, this is all light stuff... here's when it all goes down. So, when I get home I notice that the outside driver rear of my jeep has all these dots of paint splattered all over it. And I tried to wipe it off and it was barely coming off. Now, this wasn't on my jeep before I went to the car wash. That I am sure of... I check out my jeep before it gets washed everytime cause that's my baby so... yeah. Then I noticed that the rubber bump on my hood was missing. So, I go back the next day to let all this be known and the Manager came out. I showed him the paint and immediately he started telling me it was not their fault and that my car came in like that and they weren't going to do anything about it. I could barely get a word in edgewise with this guy so I went inside to see the lady owner, Sunny Baik. Oh, by the way - the Manager dude found my rubber bump to the hood of my car. Yay! Moving right along... Lady owner, Sunny Baik, sits behind the counter, no expression (at least not a cheery one) as if she's putting a hex on you and your whole family. It's actually bazaar (if you do ever go there, go for this reason alone). So I tell her all that happened and immediately she tells me there's nothing they can do because it's not their fault. I asked if she could have someone at least attempt to get off the paint for me and she said no. She told me that they see lots of cars with splattered dots of paint all over them like that, hundreds she said. So of course I said, "Well, if you see that many cars with paint on them like that then maybe it's YOUR car wash doing it." She wasn't happy with that. Said she was writing down my tag numbers and she wanted me to leave the property or she would call the cops.
Guess I offended her. So I left, not without giving her my 2 cents and explaining her business would get bad reviews and data sent to the BBB. So, there you go. One bad review. Bad, but oh so true.
I hope you don't have to learn like I did. It's just not worth your energy to deal with such gross negativity and disrespect.
