SCAMMERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.....I dont know how these people got my information but they charged my bank account 149.95. I called the number for the company and was told i was charged for "What they helped me with." They then offered me 70 dollars back and I told them I wanted the money they stole from me. I asked for a supervisor and was given the name Michael Alexander and then was put on hold for over an hour instead of being transferred to his voicemail. I called my bank to dispute the charge and they are saying they will get my money back but after reading these reviews, Im wondering if anyone got thier money back. What I cant understand is WHY the BBB hasnt shut them down or the government or somebody. I thought the BBB ws in place to help citizens against companies like that that scam people every minute of every day. I think anyone that has dealt with this company needs to keep disputing and calling them everyday even if it takes time out of our days. Call your bank and fight it to the end. I never signed anything agreeing for this company to take money from my account and I will inform everyone of the final decision. My bank stated that once I sent them a statement saying I didnt agree to allow this company to take money from my account they would investigate and notify me within 10 days that either..my money had been returned, the company was disputing my refund, or the bank needed more info.I am assuming from the reviews that this company disputes it but I NEVER gave them permission to take anything from my account. For those of you who have had taken money taken from them more than one time, I suggest changing your credit card numbers which I did immediately because my bank said that was what I should do. Keep fighting this to the end people...Maybe WE can get this place shut down.
