I've been bringing my two Mercedes to Tri-Star since I moved to LA, 3-1/2 years ago. I feel fortunate to have found Jack and his shop. Jack offers very competitive pricing for great quality work but also gives you options. When appropriate to the repair and safety, he will give you the option of using new OEM parts, refurbished or salvaged parts - and he can always get them delivered fast, usually within a couple of hours.
Jack's Tri-Star offers a certain amount of convenience, too. As I work on the west side of LA, Jack is often flexible with how and when I need to drop my car off or retrieve it. Lately, the shop has even been open half-days on Saturdays. Depending on the complexity or time needed for a repair, Jack and his crew will try to squeeze you in same-day, and if he can't, he won't feed you a line of bull and hold your car for days until he gets around to the repair.
Besides giving customers great value and convenience, Jack and his mechanics are just cool easy-going guys who are genuinely aimed toward doing good work for a fair price and know the value of maintaining great customer relationships. And, if I have ever been unsatisfied for whatever reason, they've gone out of their way to make sure I'm happy with their work.
Bring your Mercedes by the next time you need a repair, oil change, or even just to hang out in the shop and look under the hoods of the beautiful cars that they're keeping in shape.
