this Company is dishonost. We got charged for parts and labor on a tune up/ oil change, a new water pump, a new timing belt, and spark plugs. none of the work was done. We took the car back asked them what parts they had put in the car and the brands they had stated were not the smae as the ones in the car. We took the car to 2 different mechanics and both agreed that the timing belt and water pump were not replaced. spoke with paul at the shop he was very short with me. At first he was real embarrased that he got caught we just told him to fix the problem and no further actions will be done and he said ok. But after wee picked up the car I asked what was done he said he did the oil change so I asked ok so what are we going to do about a refuind and he now started saying that he did replace those parts so no refund was due. We told him we will take further legal actions and his response was do what you gotta do. I am very dissatisfied with this service its sad that mechanics are dishonost
