THEY WILL LIE TO YOU LIKE YOU WOULDN"T BELIEVE.I originally dealt with Roy Matthews he ended up going on temporary leave or they may have been lying about this as well however, I had a pricing discrepancy and the customer service guy who answers the phone(Joseph Brady) told me he was the CEO and president of the company. While on the phone he also made two racial slurs.I could here a woman talking in the background, I had called before and I know a woman also works there, he told me that woman was the cleaning lady. The guy I needed to talk to Adam Coulter(who told me to contact him with any pricing issue.."I'll be here") apparently was on temp leave for five weeks, how convenient since I had just spoken to him the day before. The customer service guy basically told me he would not be letting me speak to anyone else every time I call. The move was only 300 miles by the way. This review might disappear but no worries I will be posting it many other places. IT SUCKS TO SUCK.
