Don't buy a mitsubishi rear projection TV. Check mine out on the web for example, model ws-55813. They are known to be defective , yet Mitsubishi will not support them. A consumer relations staff member(Rico) indicated that there are so many complaints that people are asking for compensation when there is nothing wrong with the TV. Therefor, you must pay $177. to prove your tv is defective. However, they gave Ken in Oklahoma a $ 925. credit for a similar problem. Their customer relations staff are in the Phillipines even though they use American names like Will,Paul and Bernard. It is almost impossible to understand them and they deliberately put you on hold etc.
