Had to get a windshield chip repaired and the company sent over a representative the same day I got in touch with them. Had they day off so I got into a conversation with the guy, he was very open and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about his job too. He cleaned the windshield and made sure it was dry, which is apparently necessary for a good repair. Finished his job quickly and was done before I knew it.
