I absolutley HATE this place!

The man that owns this place is the rudest person on the earth. He screams about everything. His little sign up that says "WASH AND WAX $8.99" is total fraud! He tries to charge more for everything.
His employee accidentally unhooked my window wiper blade. It was really no big deal. I told the employee it just snaps back on. She tried to put back on, but I said don't worry about it. Then the little bald guy comes running out yelling "Get out of here, you're causing trouble. I have other customers waiting. This is not my responsibility." All of this directed at me. My friend tried to tell him it's not a big deal, but he wouldn't let him say anything else! "This is not my responsibility. You're wasting my employees time with this. We have other work to do. If your car gets broken windshield, flat tire, or scratches here at my wash, it's not my responsibility."
Dude! He totally went over the top. I started taking video and reported to the BBB. His response for the BBB was that I was always taking my "broken car" to his place and the bumper falls off. That he was more than accommodating in offering to put that back on. (I was like "what the heck is he talking about?) Then he said that I refused his help to put the wiper blade back on. GOOD THING I VIDEO TAPED OUR ENCOUNTER! What a nasty little ugly lying man. I will tell everyone I know to leave this place and hopefully it goes out of business soon! I really wish that the local news would videotape this guy on secret camera! He'd be entertaining because he's nothing else, but a waste of air!
