October 27, 2010 - While I was having my SUV detailed at BJ's National Hand Car Wash located at 5950 Laurel Canyon, North Hollywood, CA, someone stole my 3rd row passenger seats! Tried to resolve the issue with management. They took no responsibility and so I ended up filing a theft report with the police. My husband and I were willing to meet them half-way! It's a total injustice because now we have to deal with insurance and pay out thousands of dollars to have them replaced!
