My story isn't that different from everyone else's. I was unjustly frozen for cheating on the site somehow. They never specified where. I went out of my mind for months trying to figure out why I was frozen and beating my head against the wall talking to an automated staff. I had the misfortune of dealing with Charlotte as well, who was unhelpful and sarcastic. Neopets wouldn't even work with me when I filed with the BBB; they dodged questions in a self-righteous way and left most of them unanswered. So, I actually took my case up with World Law Direct (worldlawdirect.com).
