On 3/1/2010 I dropped off my pickup at the Bob Hope Airport Valet Parking. The attendant asked if I would like it washed during my trip. Oasis Hand Wash was the business that provided this service. I said yes and paid the fee. When I returned on 3/3/2010 and my pickup was brought out I had no reason to inspect anything. I have used the valet parking at least 10 times in the last couple years without any problems. I immediately left and headed north for home. After entering the freeway I noticed my ipod nano was missing. As soon as possible I pulled over and searched the entire pickup. My ipod was gone. When I looked at the receipt I found a number for the car wash. I have tried to call them 8 times in 2 days and only get an answering machine. They do not return calls. And the $27.00 wash is definitely not worth the money. I do not believe this is a good business for the valet parking at the Bob Hope Airport to use or support.
