I used On Trac to install a new garage door purchased through Costco. Everybody I dealt with was helpful and professional, from the salesperson who came to our house for the initial consultation to the installer who completed the project. The whole process was quick (about a week from the initial phone call until the final installation) and easy. I am very satisfied with the new door and opener. I would definitely recommend On Trac.
