Hi Dave Gibson, Just wanted to let you know that our door was installed yesterday and it finally finishes the nice look of our home.
Jose Mejia, the installer, worked all day by himself and did an excellent job. He patiently took the time to explain how the door functions, and the operation of all the controllers. He walked us thru every step carefully, and then check for our understanding.
Most importantly, thanks for delivering the door under such a rain storm!(12/21)
I can't believe that from the day we got our estimate, to the day of the installation everything was hassle free, no gimmicks. Dave, you were always reachable and easy to talk to. No phoney games over the phone like with the other Garage door competitor, who says can install in three days but doesn't deliver.
Thanks so much, We are very excited about our new door and all the gadgets.
