The people who work here are nice and they will diagnois the problem the same day. This company from my experience will take advantage of female customers. I had water pump and theromsate replaced in April 2007 and they recommended that the radiator be replaced due to a leak.I declined to replace it at the time. 2 months later my car was not passing smog test so I took it to another auto service company and they recommended repairs so it would pass the smog. Also they said I needed the thermosate replaced. I informed the mechanic that is was just replaced and he suggested I take it back. I did not ,but then I had a problem with the car in Nov. 2007 it was overheating so I took it back to Precise Auto. I was called with an estimate of approx. $1631.79 for the following repairs, replace radiator, coolant recovery tank & sensor, new cylinder head gasket / overhaul and it would take 5-7 working days to complete. I did not do the repairs there. I did have another mechanic look at the car and the work that was needed & completed new radiator, coolant tank and thermosate for a total of $275 and it only took less than 2 days for get my car running again. I will never go back and I also told the people who referred me to them of my experience and they also will not go back. Like I said they are all very nice , but I feel they do take advantage of women customers.
