Prior to the move, the company was very responsive and friendly. On the day of the move, the movers arrrived late and were at times rude. Boxes that I had labeled "fragile" were disregarded as being such leading to several items being broken. The company agreed to repair some of the items but not all of them. For the items that they did repair, it took over 3 weeks after they were repaired to get them returned to me, and the repair job was sub-par. This was after numerous unreturned phone calls. It was not until I filed a complaint with the BBB that I got my items returned and I never received a sincere apology from the owner. It was a very disappointing experience.
