My check engine light went on so I took my car in. The staff, especially Jesse, was very attentive and customer focused.
He explained the diagnostic plan and the estimated amount. The technicians needed a day to run the tests so I ended up getting a rental car through their contract, Horizon, which made for a convenient and easy rental (when does that ever happen......)
Jesse called me the next morning to explain the damage. It is never easy to hear but he was very thorough with this explanations. He took the time to be polite and answered all my questions.
They offer a rewards program (the more you go, the more $ is discounted) which is nice.
I will return thanks to the good customer service and speedy technicians.
