I would for sure tell you to sign up with this "company" if you want to wait at the minimum 2 years to get your site done. She has great thing going for her, make sure to read her contract, you are NOT protected at all. DO NOT SIGN IT!!! She scams the programmers she deals with, she then gives you a faulty site and charges your $95.00 an hour to have it fixed. Her designs resemble templates and everything is the same as the next. For the money she is charging you are better off going with a company you can trust. She likes to claim she is this "big business" try having a conversation with her when she can find time to schedule it. She is too busy having her kids run around the house than to pay attention to you. She is nasty, rude and most of her former clients have nothing nice to say about her. Make sure you contact everyone in her portfolio before you sign on to do any business with her. If you are smart you will RUN not walk away from this disaster. Sadly, I didn't run fast enough, but learned a VERY expensive lesson. If there were zero stars she would receive them!!!

As the previous poster was not brave enough to post their actual information and decided to post anonymously, I can't comment to the situation at hand, but I will say this:
Read every contract that you sign. All of our terms and policies are clearly stated and open for discussion prior to signing and making your deposit. If you don't like the contract terms, you shouldn't sign the contract.
We have had a string of terrible developers in the past, yes. We have finally found a developer that is a brilliant Magento genius and are cranking out projects left and right (see our facebook page for examples). We go above and beyond to make our clients happy.
We never commit to a timeline for development. Yes, we've had projects take years, but this is because the client has taken anywhere from 6 months to a year off and kept us waiting on them. We've retooled our process though and are now completing projects in 2-4 months.
