RhinoMart is the most dishonest, slow-moving, excuse-finding, deceitful business I've ever dealt with. My co-worker purchased printers with my credit card back in August '09 and the printers did not arrive (the items were discontinued) - my credit card was charged, and to this day (11 months later), I have yet to receive a refund. I have called multiple times, I've faxed over a letter requesting a refund twice and I've e-mailed two different "managers". All I want is a refund, which I am due. This is not an unreasonable request and I can't believe that these people are still allowed to do business.
