These crooks are running a scam operation. They bait you to come in with their online coupon that advertises a smog for $29.75. When you get there, they tell you this coupon is no longer valid and they charge you $49.75; yet, when you check their website a week later, this coupon is still up and advertised on their website.
If you are not going to honor your online coupon, then take it off your website. This is shady and corrupt, and not a way to do business in this country.
Either take the coupon off your website, or honor it when customers come in. Stop screwing people over. Stop being scumbags. Learn the golden rule of business in this country: you will earn more money with honest business practices that create a repeat, loyal customer base than if you screw over one person at a time.
