Received the radio very fast. No problem. Received the kit to adapt to my truck hooked it up. DIDN'T work. CALLED 5 DIFFERENT TIMES got the same recording" very high call load, call back later". Never got through. Called Scoshe they answered RIGHT away. They told me that I would need to cut wires to make it work. Told me that I needed a GM2000 to make it work correctly. If Sonic would have let this be known, I would have ordered it when I placed the order, they carry, they sell it, they must have known that I would need it. I had to drive around for 2 days while trying to find the proper part.
IF YOUR GOING TO SELL SOMETHING, BE UP FRONT. AND IF YOUR GETTING SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON THE PHONE THAT YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO ANSWER, YOU MIGHT WANT TO STEP BACK, AND REEVALUATE YOUR SERVICES
