I would give this shop zero stars. This place is very unprofessional and a bit shady. They charge you random fees along with an oil change without first informing you of it or explaining what it is. If there are legitimate fees involved, they need to get the authorization of the customer first before proceeding. They can't just tack on a fee and expect you to pay up. Their policies are not communicated with the technicians and they give you a bunch of excuses.
