I placed a large order with Sportskids for Denver Broncos bedding and a Champ Bailey fathead. The total was $382, which was taken out of my account immediately (I used my debit card...mistake #1). That was on April 2. I received a notice around April 17 that my order was shipping, but tracking code was invalid:( Then, I received an e-mail saying that the fat head was unavailable and I would be getting a refund. In the mean time, I tried calling over and over and e-mailing. No answers except canned e-mail responses. Today I FINALLY got someone on the phone! What a victory! I told him my account was supposed to have been credited and I haven't see the credit yet. He checked on it for me, and told me it had not been processed yet, but he went ahead and processed it for me. Yeah, right. I will believe it when I see it back in my account. This company is horrible. I would never, ever buy anything from them again. They need to be shut down.
