One star is too much!!!I ordered a $4000.00 Omega watch. Stein Diamonds took my money and order. I have no watch and it is six months later. This is a sample of what you hear: it's on back order, my retailer is on vacation, give me two more weeks, call
back and I will talk to the owner, it is always some excuse. Stein Diamonds never told me up front they did not have the watch I ordered. Stein Diamonds has NOT refunded my $4000.00 although they said they would. Lie after lie is told. My credit card company
gave me 90 days to file a written report so you can have it charged back. (I never knew that, as I have never had any problems) This is where Stein Diamonds dangles the carrot of excuses. It is way past the 90 days and I have nothing I can do with my card
company. Stein Diamonds are cheats whom take your money with very unethical practices. I would give ZERO stars if it were possible! Please be aware before you do Internet business with Stein Diamonds.
