The Sales team is great but the service Dept is horrible. My car has been in 3 times for the same simple thing and it does not get taken care of. It was there for 1 week and while in was to have oil changed. I picked it up after 1 week and they forgot to do that even though it was on the service ticket to be done. I asked my service tech to please check that all services were done before they call me to tell me it was ready. He promised he would. But obviously did not. For me to drop car off for service it is a 3 hour turn around . I have put more miles on my Escalade by going back and forth to the dealer. Gas isn't cheap either. I would not recommend using their service dept.
