Found the Company customer service to be non- responsive with performinng their warranty service. Un willing to negogiate a reasonable adjustment. Although tire warranty service is not paid for by the customer, per se, it serves as a "gimmick" to sell autos. The warranty requirements are so restrictive, that it's doubtful that the customer could ever benefit from the warranty. In the future, rather than accepting such a service from a car dealer, I would perhaps negogiate a discount from the selling price of the auto.
