"Bait and switch" would be a favorable summary of my experience with this organization. I had clearly established exactly what I wanted (and didn't want) done to my car and been told the price ($33 and change), which I agreed-to.
Unfortunately, when they called me over to pick up the car and pay the bill, they presented me with an invoice for over $40. When I informed them that they had made a mistake, they treated very rudely and blamed the entire situation on me.
No matter how many times I tied to explain their error, they would not listen. It wasn't until they threatened to call the police that I lost my patience and told them to please do so. Of course, at this point they backed-down and accepted my payment of $33.
In short, the entire situation looked quite staged, and I have little doubt that they try this type of scam on a regular basis.
