They never even showed up. Told us they would call the day before to schedule a time. They did and scheduled for between 9 am and 2 pm. Well after getting the run around all day about how the trucks broke down, the trucks are stuck in Gainesville, blahblah, Karin finally told my husband, "if you need to move today, I would rent a Uhaul." No joke. This was at 5 pm. So instead of movers making our move less stressful, they actually made it harder.
How about if your truck breaks down, RENT A UHAUL and make it right by the customer.
At least they gave us our deposit back.
I did read reviews on BB and other sites, and they were a B+ with some really bad and some really good reviews. I thought maybe this is a company that is trying to rebuild its name. HA! Don't use this joke of a moving company.
