1. Did not receive the products promised (wrong size) and a price difference of $400
2. Faulty product- stars on the Moon Bounce ALL fell off and they knew it was a possibility because they sent glue and glue did not work.
3. Called 32 times after initial complaint and calls were not returned, then we did receive TEXTS and 2 emails after 32 attempts. Customer service was amazing at first and then when we had complaints the company abandoned us.
4. Refused to compensate us and stated sizes due to vary due to vinyl and that was never stated before purchase. So receiving 2 exact 13 x 13 when we ordered 2 15 x 15-- was normal.
5. Also expressed no concerned when was told I would report to the BBB.
6. Please think VERY careful and do your research before you pay blindly $6000 to this company, we had to learn the hard way.
