I ordered a camera from this company and it hadn't been shipped for 12 days. I decided to cancel my order and when I called to cancel they said they couldn't cancel because they weren't sure if the order was shipped or not. There was no tracking number of any sort therefore it hadn't been shipped. I was told if I cancel I would have to pay the first two months payment and get a refund later. Why I am paying for an item that I don't have?
I spoke to three different managers all of a higher status each time and none of them could tell me why they could simply not call and make sure the item was not canceled since it had not already been shipped?? They placed me on hold each time for very long lengths of timel, I imagine because they are all to busy with complaint calls.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. It should not take 12 days just to get an item shipped and then they cant even tell you if its been shipped or not.
